Hello guys. Love the forum. Lets just say i have tons and tons of paperwork. I am wanting to scan all my paperwork and put onto my hard drive on my laptop. I bought a pretty decent scanner that came with OCR software. The scanner does a pretty good job scanning documents, except with one exception.....

on documents with graphs, lines, tables, etc.....the OCR software doesnt do a very good job picking up the lines, charts, etc. Does anyone know of any good OCR software that i could get or anything i could do that would get the job job with ease? I have tried every option on the included OCR software, but i think it is just a light version of OCR.

any help would be appreciated

thanks:thumbsup2:

Find someone with a efax and fax it to them and have them email it to you. I have one if you want I can do it for you. ( I don't know how personal the content is obviously, but if you want I can do it for you)
